The fraud seems to be never ending. Every month I am unable to use the service for almost 20-25 days because Tikona cant manage their infrastructure. They acknowledge that their server in my area has been malfunctioning for over 6 months now, and hence the issue with Internet connectivity - still they shamelessly bill me every month. Half the time I dont raise the complaint because of the time it takes to connect to their customer care.
While on morpheushumanld, the IVR tells you that "your connection is being tested by our automated systems", but when you actually speak to the call centre agent, they have no idea of whats going on. The fraud, it seems, start there - making the customers believe that this company has such good technical apparatus.
