This is normal friend. This company will do everything to avoid your issues. Dear TIkona, you can put his contact number in your system and find out his account details. Little pro-activeness, not your cup of tea, eh!

Hey, just to add, I am in good company. Even Chetan Bhagat wasn't spared. @chetan_bhagat Tikona Wi-fi service in Mumbai has awful service. will not react to complaints. Been 2 months to get my wifi connection fixed!
I have only got calls since the complaint. You acknowledged that the Tikona tower in my area is not working and this will be resolved and you will refund 2 month's bill.
