Tikona sucks

I have had tikona 2 mbps unlimited for more than an year and half and the connection is not stable. It works very few times and doesn’t work most of the time of the day/night.


I have kept Tikona just because there isnt any other ISP in my area. I would recommend against going for tikona as their field engineer just informed that tikona is out of bandwidth. Their customer care is useless as they don’t troubleshoot anything on the phone but just send the field engineer.


Cancellation procedure is also not good at Tikona. I have been getting speed like 50 kbps to 90 kbps for 2 mbps speed.
