I am using reliance netconnect+ and its working perfect. Suggest all to go for that in Hadapsar region
lol. Tikona trying to save them by putting an appreciation. I am sure this is the first customer out of all 4 lakh customers of tikona giving appreciation. I am sure he is not technically savvy like us who can identify how tikona is fooling its customers :-)
Your customer care sucks big time. They register complaint as information and close the request without informing customer. I was fooled by your customer care. Never pay by cash to such executives. always pay by cheque so you can catch them. Tikona really sucks as they dont provide the promised bandwidth to customers and minting money. Its not worth spending on tikona. Rather go for wimax connection which is out and out stable although costly as I have use read more...
