ISP SPEED- the speed is good sometimes but when you are using it then it will show his worth and make you cry.
Customer support- worlds most disgusting support in the world they say they will look after it but they do nothing.
Whats the case with me- I installed tikona brodband it gave perfect speed while using it via lan cable but then I plugged it in the router and it started giving problem so I called customer support they said they will look after it but they didnt did anything : (.and then I had to call a local technician to resolve it after doing that it was working fine as promised for 3 months then, I payed the bill for the 4th month and it gave a continous problem today is the 6th month and its still giving problem so I am using it until they ask us for the money which I wont give them, you cheated us now I will cheat you * !
