TikonaWIBro worst service & fraud in disconnection

My friend had used the Tikona service with consistent problems in the connection from July 2015 till 24th September 2015. The disconnection request was raised and said that it will be processed in 15 days. They didn’t disconnect it on time and have generated bill in the meantime. The customer care executive has said repeatedly that since disconnection request was raised and the service not used the bill should be ignored. Now some guys claiming to be lawyer have started calling from different numbers to pay the bill or civil suit would be filed against him. He is medically unfit now but still the harassment is on. He has repeatedly said that he has settled all the amounts with emails and payment receipts as proof. They are reluctant to send the details over emails. Even when we asked them to give a mail id of legal team where we can send the proofs.


This is not one single case. I have searched over the net and found multiple such complaints in various consumer forums.


Please do not use Tikona connection. Also if anyone can kindly point to any legal remedy it will be of great help.
