I took tikona on 2nd October, the technician made me pay upront and like a fool I took quarter package to save on installation. Then they could not set up a working connection and were rude and left on pretext that password comes next day ( they had activated internet so I could make a credit card transaction of 3300).
It is a week now and inspite of calling customer care every day, where they try to trouble shoot and get the connection running promise to send a technician in 24 hrs which never happens. Today I asked for cancellation n refund of my advance payment and am told someone will call back in 48 hours to take this request! If anyone knows how I can get refund back please help. And dont ever take TIKONA.
Also emails to Mr Sunil Nair who is suppose to manage customer satisfaction is answered by automated reply by customer care. I want full refund from these idiots.
