so finally one technician came, who set it up right and connection is working. Then someone from audit team came and checked up and put everything fine, taking in consensus the no of complains on new connection. Apparently the set up is outsourced and the vendors do the shoddy job which they are now read more...
Ahmed the problem is they don't give any acknowledgement for complain. On the 4th day their executive had cheeks to tell me that if ur connection is not working for 4 days why haven't u register complain, the log to your account is empty. Good idea about visitng their office, will try it. How can I read more...

I took tikona on 2nd october,the technician made me pay upront and like a fool I took quarter package to save on installation.
