Tikona is in neck to neck race with BSNL to bag award for worst Service Provider
I had left BSNL and subscribed to Tikona after going through some reviews and to my nightmare it has turned out to be pathetic than BSNL.
There is no reliability in their Services and when you call them up - they have a standard reply that issue will be solved in 8 hours and believe me this 8 hours can turn out to be 80 hours( without any exaggeration) and you don’t even get a call back
So my suggestion - Don’t take tikona even if its only broadband option available to you. I won’t like to give it even 1 star( They don’t deserve any)
