I am paying for 4 Mbps but getting only 4 Kbps... that's the height of Tikona's services......
After getting tortured at hands of Tikona Team, I have now requested for Service Disconnection. And surprisingly, even getting disconnection is troublesome with them... I don't understand what are they doing..... Are they supposed to work this way... Tikona is doomed this way.....
I have been in contact with Tikona Customer care every day for almost 10 minutes and the reponse that I get - 'Team is working on it and issue will be solved in 8 hours' I don't understand how can they keep on saying same for last 15 days...
