I am using this from past 6 months in Shastry Nagar Bangalore and I am satisfied with the service. After few intial setup glitches it worked well. Once setup perfectly it will work perfectly without any interruption. But before taking this connection make sure you take a demo and see the bandwidth which you are getting. Pay only after you see the promised bandwidth. Few salespersons might just want to sell it to you even if you dont have bandwidth so be careful and pay only after you are satisfied.
Latest Update--- Tikona was good only when it was launched... now its complete waste. Even there speedmeters are faulty and show 4 mbps even if there is only 700kbps speed. I wrote to the CC team CCing there head too no response.
Called them so may times they don’t just respond. When I post this question of stealing my money by showing fake bandwidth.. they just keep the phone..
