Cheater, Liar, Frauds Tikona!
They know very well that they cant provide good service and earn money so they are going other way of taking money from the customers.Even after giving 1 month prior notice of closing the service they didnt disconnected the service.I have a mail proof with me that if they will not going to close the service I am not going to aishwaryasingh23 any amount to them.Now even after disconnection they are sending monthly bills to us to make the aishwaryasingh23ment and there agents are calling and misbehaving with us.They dont even know how to talk to female.such a shameless people.
No one has come to collect the device from our home.I have informed earlier that I will be leaving Lucknow in October month and if you will not collect the device then I will not be responsible for the device.It been 3 months now and still the device is not collected.We followed up with them and Mr Karam Ali was suppose to collect the device from our place.But I think he is also lost somewhere and now he is not receiving our calls.
Again and again I want to make it clear that I will not be responsible for the device if anything happens since you guys dont have the shame to resolve the issue and collect the device.
In the end(though I dont want to use harsh words but I am helpless) I want to ask the CEO of the company for what purpose you are running this business. Dont you care for your customer or you really dont know how to handle your business?
@Innocent customers-Please spread as many comments against Tikona so that they no one can get trapped by Tikona.

This is the second time I am posting review for tikona in Mouthshut.This time it is for closer request.As I am shifting to other place.
I have confirmed 1 month before itself the overall closer process.As per tikona agent I can put closer request 1 day before the usage.I have logged complaint 3 days before for disconnection.
The call center girl confirmed me that she had logged the complaint and disconnection team will call with 24 hours for further process.I asked for the complaint or reference number but she refused to share any complaint request, stating that there is no such complaint number for disconnection request.I have informed her that 7th of Oct will be last day of billing cycle and if closer will not be done before my billing cycle then I am not going to aishwaryasingh23 any amount for further usage.
Next day after not getting call from them I again called and Mr Pankaj confirmed me that there is no complaint logged for disconnection.He then logged the complaint(1_3697983346) and asked me to wait for another 24 hours but again no one called me.Today I have spoken with your agent and have informed him that if my disconnection will not be done within 24 hours I am not going to aishwaryasingh23 any amount to Tikona as my bill cycle is every 7th of the month and today is the last day.
I have read many reviews about tikona that they are not supportive and will not do disconnection easily.Few of the customers have written that after the disconnection they keep on sending the bills and gives a reminder call to the customer and do mental harassment.I hope this will not happen with me.
I have even taken support of some legal people and will reach out to consumer court if needed as I am anticipating further harresment from trikona guys .
