I will suggest you to close this service....becoz currently i have shifted to new location and hav given request for closer..they have just logged the complaint and not doing anything.they will keep sending you bill even if you are not using it and will never disconnect ur connection.I am suffering read more...

My problem of internet is resolved.Thanks to Mr. Mohammed -floor supervisor in call center.But tikona needs to improve its service.
Yesterday I have sent a mail to CEO Mr. Pankaj Bajpai about the overall mental harassment I am going through just because of Tikona..Hope to receive fast response from the team.Still waiting for the technician to visit,its more than 6 days now.User ID-1112756789
