Avoid this florist. It has poor service & no professionalism.
i had booked flowers for my friend for a delivery at her office on 2-Dec a day in advance (booking # 2279). One Mr Mohammed took my booking & I clearly instructed him to deliver it at her office only after 1030 am as she wouldn’t be there before it. Even after insisting this, the delivery boy called my friend at 730am and pressurised her to collect flowers at her home. This was done bcos her house was nearer to Tilia office in Koramangala.
I wanted to take my friend by surprise but this handling from Tilia totally upset the plan. if I had to deliver flowers at her home I could have done it myself as I stay close by and wouldnt have spent Rs 600 which I can get the same for Rs.300 with other florists. This was very disappointing from a brand like Tilia where the expectation is high.
If you wish to deliver flowers Tilia is as good as any road side florist in terms of servcie, only they charge double!
