If you ordered anything from Timtara, have patience as they would take more than the time promised to deliver the product. In my case, I got the delivery on the 4th week after placing the order. The actual duration was 3weeks.
However, they deliver original, sealed products only. Customer care at Timtara sucks. So do not call customer care as you might get frustrated. So if you like to get huge discounts then have the patience to wait. I don’t know if I would ever return to Timtara but if I do, I would not do any high value transactions as this was for 31999 and I had sleepless nights.
So those who have ordered and are getting sleepless nights, have patience. If Timtara is reading this review, please get your customer care to understand people and be more customer centric.
Not to mention, improve the delivery time as well.
