I have placed an order on 6th Jan 2012,
Product Name: Sony 5.1 Home Theatre System SA-ID7000
The product was supposed to be delivered in a max of 20 days. It has been more than one month. Whenever I contact the customer care by email or telephone, the only response I get is to wait for 4 more days. I had been waiting for this ever not ending 4 days till now and have already exceeded the limits of patience. I could understand that there is no point in listening to their fraud commitments on product delivery any more. They are not fulfilling the already placed order and yet trying to drag other customers to this mess by giving high promos. This is the worst ever online shopping experience I had. The only result is mental torture and pain in getting the refund.
Now after reading other review, I could understand the pain even if I try for a refund . Please beware of Timtara and never fall into the fraud promotions. I still don’t know, if I will get at least my money back. Tony
