@suhel55 : I have already filed a chargeback. The creditcard company immediately added a temporary credit to my account and started investigation . I have also provided the email communcations and false commitments from Timtara . The amount will be turned to permanent credit with the completion of i read more...

Hi Pandey, I still don't know , how they are able to come up with these many more promos now also. By hearing the stories and review, there are lot many customer who faced this issue and also would have tried some legal actions . I should say, you are a lucky customer or might be you are so lucky this time. Think twice before trying a second attempt . You can also read the results of other lucky customers who did a second attempt and now suffering.
