Timtara.com is a fraudulent website. never ever buy from them. I ordered a mobile from them 1 month back. yet to receive. Write to their payment gateway "techprocess" and ask for refund if u have paid with credit. debit card.
I dont know what to do if u have paid by other means google techprocess. It’s a payment gateway. timtara people keep changing their payment gateways. also write to your credit/debit card issuing bank and ask for "charge-back". chargebacks result in penalties for the merchant and if sufficient number raise charge backs they will be blacklisted. lastly report to cyber crime branch police in Delhi. I lodged complaint against them at core.nic.in. I did this. Hope this helps. Cheers.
