they dont give u ur money back. they will pocket it among themselves and buy their kids or wife or gf something to use. the employees pocket it. i havent got my refund even after 1 and half month and no fuking emails either. scammers.

all lies and empty promises. these are automated replies from a pre set message. no refunds yet or any email to solve my problem. the empoyees pocket the money and also the product.. shopclues- worst shopping website in India. they r scammers.

update: customer care followed it up and resolved the matter. Qatar airways said there would be no problems to the passenger. thank you.

yes i too have not received my receipt for aquaguard. they want to avoid taxes by not giving us original invoice. no emails or no courier. nothing. big fake promises and lies.

I have written to the given email also. did not get a single reply. my contact number is +91-8147465790 you just write a copy paste answer to everyone and don't follow up on your promise. dont waste ur money calling them. it never helps. they r bastards. if u have paid thro credit card write to bank and raise a dispute. its called chargeback. also write to their payment gateway techprocess. hope this helps, cheers.
