I bought Samsung dvd player on 10 th Jan 2013, even after payment was made, they haven’t shipped the item, and reluctant to reply to our query made to customer care customerfirst@timtara.com . Really drastic and fed up with this kind of shopping site and customer care people.
Really need to warn these people, our legal system need to revised in such a way that these people learn a good lesson.
