Complaint against defective product and service.

Mouthshut is all about exposing defaulting companies. It is all about informing the other members of being careful against the particular product or service that may harm them too. It is very helpful to read the reviews before you buy a product or service. You get a fair idea about what you will get.


But what happens if you are already being harassed by a company after buying their defective product and deficient services. What to do?


Where should you complain?


Would someone hear you?


Would you get a replacement?


Will your money be refunded back to you?

You will know what action you can take against the company for selling you a defective product or giving you deficient services.


There is recourse available for all common complaints. Information about consumer courts is available. Addresses of consumer courts is given. Details of other channels that are open to you for recourse, are also available here.

Hope you will be able to solve your problem through International Consumer Rights Protection Council (ICRPC), the only NGO that has not taken financial help from anywhere and still solves your consumer problems effectively.
