Anger is dangerous

Anger is something which outrage us.As today we are seeing people very insensitive toward any thing which is only due to thier anger i.e short temperdness


So there are some tips to control anger: -


Most important you should be willing from inside to give up this habit then no one in this world who can take you out of this.


1) .Most important to practise meditation because it calms down your head and thereby you will automatically feel less agitated.


2) .Always when you get angry on something then instead of suddenly reacting on it try to close your eyes and think of ill effects of getting angry , your rage will automatically cool down .


3) .Plz if you are short tempered so try to consult psychologyst to get counselling and then you will realise that becoming angry harms nobody than you , because getting high on several ocassion causes you to have abnormal BP and mental burden.


4) .Do one thing make list of things which incites you more and try to avoid doing them , you will automatically get control over your anger .


5) .Ignore company of the people or talkimg about whom you do not like as in most of the cases they are become the reason of your anxiety.


6) When you troubled in life in any circumstances then keep yourself to flow smoothly and maintain peace over head and find ways to get out of it rather than gettimg angry and remorsing for what had already been happened.


so keep cool .
