As today with mordenisation we are shifting towards artificial lifestyle by using artificial item in every need of ours either it is Dietary habbits , beauty related ect.so we are actually deteriorating our health by degrading the qualtiy of our skin , hair and ultimately body.


so there are some tips to enhance bodily nourishment and functioning.


Morning walk is very important for complete body health .one can use aquapressure pads to walk on it as it will help in maintaining proper blood circulation .


Second most important thing is to remeber the to stay healthy every body should take heavy breakfast but Very light dinner , also drink water after 45 min having meals


Most important always try to walk some distance after meals to get the proper food digestion as due to poor digestion most of the body ailments occur.


1) .Always go to bed early and get out of it early morning because it will help you to maintain your. Sugar , cholestrol , B.P.

5) .Avoid having more oily , spicy or junk food as they eventually hit the immune system hence body will get frail slowly .


6) Avoid having smoking drinkng habbits as they damage lever which is major life risk.also avoid tabacco usage
