I ordered a product on 15th May and paid online, got the order confirmation and it was written someone from their team will call me to confirm the order.
no calls/ mails for another 2 weeks. I contacted them on 29th May and they said the order is delayed and I may have to wait another 2 weeks. They are telling this when I called them, after 2 weeks of paying for the item.
I requested to cancel and refund my money.
They refunded.
