I recently bought two Maxx Smart Chargers within timeline of 1-3 days, but did not get it on time. Packaging was nothing but just shabby wrapping on two boxes of power bank. I opened both and both power banks were dead. Charged for more than 5 hours.
1 piece was defected and the indicators were not working. I asked for replacement but did not get and they advised to go to service center, while they did not sent invoice. So I requested for the same. Today I got a call and mail, they sent an excel workbook without VAT TIN. Waiting for the invoice. I think I am being cheated by Tradus.com.
