    Try to contact them on Twitter. They will suggest you better. Dont buy from any seller. Pick good rated sellers only.

    You should return the product if it is under the return period. Always try to take a video of opening package. Just once try to take exchange if it is available. Also a main thing dont buy from the seller whose rating is below 4. It will help you on next purchase. Hope Customer Service will resolve read more...

    They also tried to provide invoice without VAT TIN/ Tax Number bill and said it is valid invoice. Does anyone think the invoice is valid?

    Recently they did not give me replacement for the defective product and also did not send vat invoice and advice me to go to service center..I did not understand how could I get warranty without proper bill
