Just wanted to share my experience with Travelchacha.com.
Due to some reasons I had cancelled my return ticket to Bangalore.I checked with Spice Jet team & they confirmed that in 24hrs they will be refunding the money to Travel chacha.com thru which the ticket was booked.Next day I called up Travelchacha regarding refund..they told it will take at least 20-25 days.
Hearing that I was cursing me..as no one will keep customtakeouters money for that much period.Simply they wanted to earn interest on our money.Then after 20 days of waiting I started e-mail follow up, initially they replied and asked me to wait for 2-3 days.Then no reply to my mails.If I call the call center..their staff Nidhi, Poonam etc will promise me to refund in 24 hrs.But nothing happened.I put a rough mail & informed them that if they are not giving my refund money back then I will go to consumer court.Then one idea stuck in my mind & I asked for Spice jet’s help.They are just great in customtakeouter service..I got calls from Delhi.& beleive me...in 2 days time I got the refund.
So boss...my advise to all of you is..don’t book any ticket frm Travel chacha as they are very fraud...some time they will not deliver your e-ticket or you never know you have to cancell you ticket..so then problem of refund will arise.Better to spend extra Rs.150-200 and book with some other reputed parties.
