Guys mail to 'inderjeet@travelchacha.com'..he is the stupid who does not process our refund requests ...I wanted to them to consumer court...but then these guys scared & gave me refund...waste people...never suggest to book with them

Dear Butlin , Its really funny when you say I previously rated this site as fraud as neither they deliver my ticket nor they refund my money....so that shows you are also effected with their service level.And how can you get the refund in 10 days..when they have company policy of 25 days...common read more...
