Gave us lot of fake commitments-(verbal as well as written). There is no one to lead the company as I escalated the issue to their CEO but problem wasn’t resolved. After visiting Dubai they refused to provide us few activities inspite of them mentioned in the vouchers. They told that they have mentioned it in the itinerary by mistake. Never seen a travel agency committing such type of mistake. The picture attached clearly mentions Underwater zoo and aquarium which was denied at the last minute for which we had to purchase our own tickets.
