So far I have not come across any othe app that reveals caller identity like name, location, service provider info, etc. I rely on this app to find out information about unknown callers. These days you get lot of calls from telemarketer selling insurance, loans and credit cards. Thankfully Truecaller app lets me block them for good. It also offers to block spam sms but I dont use that facility as I dont want the app to manage my sms funtionality. I am sure many smart phone users have this app in their phone. I highly recommend the app.
