Some of you may find that the title of my review is a bit harsh. But it is a fact. I really hate this scooty. My older sister had bought one so I used to ride it around. here is my views:
Looks - this must be the equivalent of the Ambassador or the Premier Padmini of two wheelers. It looks like a real relic from the past, maybe from Jurassic Age. I used to feel really ashamed to be seen on it.
Performance - the good thing is its easy i, e, no hassles of gear changing. and its relatively light weight. BUT it sadly lacks power or pick up. Trying to go on an upward slope is a real task. One almost feels like getting off and carrying the two wheeler.
Ground clearance is low.
mileage is low. About 30 kmpl only.
maintenance is high. The scooty keeps faling apart. Its a pain to go to the dealer all the time, who does not know how to fix anything.
I bought a Kinetic Zing for myself. And I am perfectly happy with it. Hope this helps anyone looking to buy a scooter.
