I have made an order in the month of August 2015. I have not received the order so far(Oct 2015). I tried reaching the company couple of times and always the same person would take the call.
The customer care phone line is horrible with lot of disturbance and the the person who takes the call is so unprofessional and the only sentence which he would say is’Next week mai ajayaga’. Almost 3 months have passed listening to this and I have made up my mind that this is a fraud companies not doing business but cheating people with a website in the name of Ecom.
I don’t know why a government with focus on digital india will not take any action on fraudulent websites like these. I request you all to please avoid this website and save your money. You will never receive your items.
