This happend to me also. They will make us wait for 10-15 days and finally say that the Item is not in stock. I don't know whey they put the item and collect money for items which are not in stock. Hey, Got a call from Homeshop18 y'day. Saying that there was a confusion in the order number check if I prefer replacement or refund. I said I am ok with replacement and I got the new product today. Looks like a super quick resolutions after waiting for 18 days.
