I booked Uberpool at Mumbai airport terminal B. And uber gave calculated fare from there that included the airport charges of Rs. 110. But when I called the cab driver he was 10 mnts away and it eould have taken him another 15 mnts to pico me up at the terminal. So I walked to the highway. By the time he came there at hoghway and I boarded the cab. The driver confirmed that I will get the refund of the airport charges as he did not pick me up at the terminal. Since my payment was from Paytm, Uber charged my wallet forbthe full amount. Uber does not give a detailed receipt pf pool rides so airport charge in not mentioned separately. Now when I logged a request for the refund of Rs 110, they are not interested, did not respond for 3 days. When I wrote on twitter, they are asking for screenshot of the receipt with airport charge. Tired of the support they have, not at all helpful.
