They are not bothered at all. I had a similar experience with them. All shameless bunch of people. Everytime I go there I have to escalate to their GM - Anwar or Service Manager - Faruq Merchant. Very bad service. Why Honda has kept the dealership is a point to ponder despite so many complaints.

Same experience with me. I used to use only Meru earier. But they seems to have a problem in controling their cab drivers. I shifted away to more useful cabs like - Mega cabs and Tab cabs now. They do not care for the customer at all. I had a similar experience while buying a mobile phone. They did not tell me that their courier will ask for money.
