Just let them off the hook. Someone please tell me what legal actions can be taken against this company as individuals or collectively. If this was in a developed nation, the company would be paying huge compensation to all the victims. Someone who knows or wants to collectively take an action on this, please write to me @ christina1185and@gmail.com.
Such a crappy company. They made me pay 49k to enrol for certification, said I’ll earn it all back within months and then they don’t even provide enough students. They say after 3 months, hourly rate will increase, but later I was told by my manager that that’s just a selling tactic and that I won’t get any hike. Still now and then they allotted students and since the past few months, almost no one is getting paid on time. They broke away the watsapp groups where we atleast had a connect with other trainers to discuss academic queries, now there’s no direct connect with anyone. We end up talking to a wall for months on end and every now and then they come up with referral schemes. We’re supposed to find them more scapegoats to pay them money and get involved in the mess of a company.
On a serious note, what legal actions can I take against this company?? They haven’t paid me 4 months worth of salary
