I don’t think univercell is having that much problems.
When I went there it was nice, it was not at all like what everyone was saying bad customer service high cost etc. When I was there the sales people were so nice and they helped me in finding good mobile for my use. Till this that am using it and only once I have given it for service, they said after 2hrs and within that time they gave it back. And also they are opening so many showrooms across india and lot of people are benefited with that, and across india people are getting chance to get mobile in low rates.
I used to buy my mobile from univercell and I recommend for good services and quality products univercell is the best.
In chennai itself, so many showrooms are there in every corner so that customers can go their easily.
