but its not true that their service is bad.....i feel their offering are different from other companies...so price also changes....any way if someone is ready to pay 20,000 for a mobile i dnt think payg extra 400 is a big issue... i bought my mobile from univercell few months back and only once i we read more...
till now i ddnt had any such experience....it will be 200 or 300 rs high from other places but univercell quality is good and they are having varity of offerings compared to others

i dont think with every one this is happening coz once i went there they treated me very well....and am able to choose a good mobile set, which am using it from a long time
