I was skeptical on whether to buy or not from urban ladder after reading the reviews here. Believe me all the negative reviews are true. I had ordered a bed, sofa and other furniture from UrbanLadder on last Christmas, 25th Dec’14 and am still waiting for the bed to be delivered.
I have followed up with them multiple times over phone and mail but nothing seems to work. They do not even respond properly and reply after two to three days to my mails. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with URBANLADDER.
Worst experience ever. Please do not believe the customer stories in facebook or on their site.
