Hello Nandini, As discussed with you yesterday over call, you had assured that the UL delivery team will be contacting me today and will arrange a fresh replacement. But neither did I get a call nor anyone turned up with any replacement. Regards.
The horrible experience continues. First you take so long then after lot of false commitments on delivery date, you finally deliver the product today and that too a broken one.
