Always book post paid service. If they don’t allow avoid booking with them. I booked Ac servicing for which I was assigned a technician with low rating. I rescheduled it and I was assigned worse rating technician. I tried to reschedule. They didn’t allow. I cancelled to rebook. They deducted cancellation charges. How can they do this.
They don’t have any customer care. What to do?
I have been cheated badly. Never ever go with their paid service. They will do whatever they want. Too disappointed
