Would like to review a recent purchase with Urbanurja.com
I bought a 5KV solar package and installation service from the website. The solar package also was split into panels and inverter/batteries. There was tracking number provided only for inverter/battery and no information about panels. When the delivery person mentioned we have only got the battery and inverter, had to call Urbanurja sales number. Only then I was informed about panels shipped with different tracking ID
Once the package was received, I had keep messaging multiple times to provide information on accessories needed as I had already paid for installation. Only kept getting reply like "our expert team will call you."
Finally after asking to refund my installation amount, I was sent a link to purchase the accessories worth Rs. 40995. I purchased this also immediately on the website.
For 4 days I didn’t receive any communication regarding shipment of the accessories.
Now I am stuck having already paid more than Rs. 65000 with the panels/batteries/inverter with no use
Also interestingly the PayU transaction doesn’t mention company name as it happens with respectable online stores like Flipkart/Amazon. The SMS shows PayU transaction to "Gaurav Sharma"
