A reliable model!

This is not one of those fancy-looking machines. A plain-jane one but tough & reliable. This is the machine that you can hand over from one generation to another without having to spend too much on maintenance & care. All you need is to wipe the dust of it’s frame & lubricate it’s parts well with a machine oil. Spare parts are easily available in most cities. A sturdy & long-lasting machine that is surely value for money. If you are new to sewing it is easy to learn the basics using this model. Most sewing schools & professional tailors use this model.

When it comes to space, some of the newer models let you fold the machine inside the frame. Resultingly the machine looks like a table, which is not possible in this model. You cannot go in for different kinds of stitches in this model. For instance a zig-zag stitch or a smocking stitch. Also make sure that you purchase a good cover, lest you let dust & grime settle down.
