I was recruited for a Sales position but later on when the sales were saturated, they pushed me to a different job role. The new position was not that great and no learning at all. So make sure before you take the job role, otherwise there is no point in working any more I guess.
Moreover benefits like free food, flexible timings. may be helpful but ultimately I was looking for job satisfaction. So my advice is to choose the job profile wisely while joining ValueLabs. Management may be very good in transforming the company, but freshers get stuck if he/she gets a different job profile than expected.
