I bought one Venus Water Heater ( White -010R) Serial no: 21030103645593 on 18/11/21 and when contacted for installation it was 1000 Rs. So I installed the heater with the local technician. Now the problem with power cable as it was shorter( only two feet) not reaching the power socket. Call and register the complaint SR No: 2201010101 but my complaint was closed on their own stating reason Phone Not reachable or Switched Off. Again call and register the complaint SR No: 2201010115 but my complaint was cancelled on their own stating reason due to the double entry. Once a man posing as technician called and demanded 500 Rs to extend the cable which I declined . The same technician said without shame that Buying Venus Product is your choice. We don’t come to your doorstep to sell our products.
I preferred Venus Water Heater although the price is comparatively HIGH than other Water Heaters as it is regionally made and thought the service would be satisfactory. But our local people showed their real colours . " Sell the Product and Forget the After Sales Service"
