Do not buy from Vijay Sales (Pune). They sale it at thehighest MRP (most of the times inflated MRP) and give you some free gifts alongwith it.
The gifted items are so poor in quality that they will give away in a day ortwo. The items they give out as gifts are very down market, some of them do noteven have after sales service. Not to mention the goods (electronic andconsumer appliances) imported from China, which have not repairing facility inIndia. Some of them are use and throw. When the sale it to you, they tell you: Itis from a very prestigious company and has after sales warranty and so on.
They normally boast of a fake on-site warranty. The salesperson will tell you that you just have to call they will send the service manyour house. This is a lie. They never sent the service man to me, to my friendsand acquaintances. They do it shamelessly, and refuse to take any responsibilityafterwards, even though the gift item is covered by a guarantee.
I am sure that they are using fake guarantee cards, forthose items. I do not understand why the authorities do not take action againstthese criminals. I suffered from it and so I am warning everyone not to buy from Vijay sales.
