Worst travel service in https://vinayakabus.net,
booked a ticket from bangalore to nellore(PNR 273279). Bus reached to pick me at my stop over 70 minutes late. neighter driver number nor customer care number was reachable nor attending.
promised AC service, no AC given until tirupathi l, switched on AC only after we demanded after 4 hours of travel.
i have informed the conductor about my stop, but the staff didn’t informed me even after telling my destination, so travelled another 7kms extra.
so total 2hours 30 minutes delay in reaching my destination.
