I booked my househould goods from Panchkula to Bangalore through Vishal Packers and Movers and here is the unfortunate saga.
1) A person comes and introduces himself as Hari Om Sharma from Delhi but infact he is Vijendra there local representative. First level of fraud.
2) Then after the cost settlement for about 35K he took some 600 bucks from me and told me that he will get the insurance done but there was no insurance done.
3) After taking the household good the real nightmare started. They commited that the good will reach bangalore in 10 days but it took 15 days for the house hold good to reach. Car came after 25 days with front left light broken.
4) Whenever I asked about the status they used to say Hari Om Sharma has left the company call bombay office. When I used to call there they used to say call Delhi and all that stuff.
5) Finally after spending Rs 2500 on my STD phone calls I got my house hold goods and here are the damanges done
a) Brand New bed: All the wood broken and scratched.
b) Frige : Dents on all sides.
c) Dressng table: Wood broken along with mirror.
d) Sofa: Wood broken.
e) Other glass items broken too.
When I asked them you should repay me as I got insurance done I was told that no insurance was done. I spent about 5K to get my things corrected. I suggest just dont waste your precious money. Its better to hire Aggarwal/Goel for extra bucks but dont go for Vishal Packers and Movers at any cost.
