I ve been a customer to this company when it was once called ace telecom them changed to at&t then to max touch then orange then hutch and then THE BIGGEST F*CKIN vodafone! Before the latest brand change it was owned and managed by hutchison whampoa whom I seriously respect for the level of customer service. The day it changed to vodafone.
My network bars on my mobile phone which had remained 7 for last 15 years dropped to 1 and its still the same even after 22 complains. They never sent bills on time but sent a legal notice to recover rs77 from their 15year old customer who have paid them nothing less then 5k a month! When I call their customer service they not only screw up english but cant speak hindi or marathi properly. They hang up when I ask to speak to supervisor! I call the nodal officer who is NOT AT ALL HAPPY TO HELP ME EVEN AFTER GREETING HAPPY2HELP YOU BECAUSE HE WANTS ME TO GET THE CALL REFERENCE NUMBER FROM FRNTLINE.
I CALL 111 "HAPPY2HELP" NUMBER AND REPEAT MY QUERY AGAIN. FAILING TO ANSWER I ASK FOR SUPERVISOR.. As usual I am DENIED THE TRANSFER. I ASK FOR CALL REFERENCE NUMBER AND I AM HUNG UP ON. I call NODAL OFFICER AGAIN WHO SAYS HAPPY2HELP AND TELL HIM FRNTLINE DIDNT GIVE REF NUMBER. HE APOLOGIES AND SAYS.. Sorry sir I cant do nothing then!!*@%&?+! I am speechless!
