such an over exaggerated review....!!! i have always flown air india and air india express.... some 40+ times.. never once why did i not experience this? also, am not a frequent flyer member of theirs nor do i work for government.. but they have always been as professional as any other 5 star airlin read more...

Dont really wan2 rate this review because there is always a reason behind any charge. You could have asked for itemised bill or have complained to their nodal officer. Who doesnt have billing issues? Why didnt you ask for bill explainination. If its customer service issue its understandable. I will read more...
